The free practice paper books

These are general 11+ practice papers at exam standard, using the question types found in 11+ tests. They aren't official papers and they aren't written for the Berkshire tests. For the real format and timings, use any familiarisation material the organisers publish (linked below).

The 11+ tests in Berkshire

In Slough, the Slough Consortium of Grammar Schools runs one 11+ test for Herschel, Langley, St Bernard's Catholic and Upton Court. In Reading, Reading School (boys) and Kendrick School (girls) each run their own test.

    Boys must be 'of the standard' in each element, then priority criteria apply. Tested in July of Year 5. Separate from Kendrick.

    The format of GL Assessment papers depends on the area, because each test chooses its own papers.
