Free Premium for families who need it
Every child deserves a fair go at the 11+. Each school year we give 20 families on free school meals, pupil premium or Universal Credit a full year of Academy11+ Premium, free.

Create a free parent account, then fill in a short form: your child's first name, their school and which support you get.

A photo or PDF of a letter showing free school meals, pupil premium or Universal Credit. You can cover anything you'd rather we didn't see.

Hear from us
A real person reads every application, usually within a few school days. If it's a yes, Premium switches on straight away.
Who can apply
Families with a child preparing for the 11+ where one of these applies:
Free school meals
Your child gets free school meals (not just the universal infant meals).
Pupil premium
Your child's school receives pupil premium for them.
Universal Credit
Your household gets Universal Credit.
Something else
Money is tight for another reason, such as another benefit or a change in your circumstances. Tell us about it.

Everything in Premium, for 12 months, for every child on your account:

- The vocabulary builder
- Every story idea, plus photos of handwritten stories
- Reading stamina and interview feedback
- Printable worksheets for each child
Nothing on your child's screen says it's a scholarship: it's simply Premium.

Seen only by our team
It's stored privately. Only our small team can open it, through a link that stops working after five minutes.
Deleted once we decide
As soon as we say yes or no, we delete the file. We keep only what you typed into the form.
Never shared
Not with your child's school, not with anyone. Cover any details you'd rather we didn't see.
Questions families ask
Who can apply for an Academy11+ scholarship?
Any family with a child preparing for the 11+ who gets free school meals, pupil premium or Universal Credit. If money is tight for another reason, you're welcome to apply and tell us a little about it.
What does a scholarship include?
Full Academy11+ Premium for 12 months, exactly the same as families who pay, for every child on your account. There's nothing to pay and we never ask for a card.
How many places are there?
20 each school year (September to August). If they're all taken when you apply, we put you on our waiting list and tell you so. New places open every September.
What proof do I need?
A photo or PDF of one letter or email, for example from the school about free school meals or pupil premium, or a Universal Credit statement. You can cover amounts, account numbers and anything else you'd rather keep private, as long as we can see your name and what it's about.
What happens to my letter?
It's stored privately and only our small team can open it, through a link that stops working after five minutes. We delete it as soon as we've made a decision, and we never share it with anyone, including your child's school.
Will my child know, or will it show anywhere?
No. Your account looks exactly like any other Premium account. Nothing on your child's screen says it's a scholarship.
What happens after 12 months?
We'll email you before it ends. You can apply again for the next school year if you still need it.
I already pay for Premium. Can I switch?
Scholarships are for families who can't pay, so you don't need one while a paid plan is running. If paying has become hard, email hello@academy11.co.uk and we'll talk it through with you.
