For tuition centres
Run your tuition centre on Academy11+
- From £49 a month
- Free to register
- No payment taken at sign-up
- Every centre checked by our team
Who it's for
Single-site centres
One address, several classes and a few staff. Take registers, set and mark work, keep levels and invoices, and talk to parents, all in one account instead of spreadsheets and group chats.
Centres with several branches
Each site has its own address, opening times, classes, children, waiting list, invoices and messages. Switch between branches, compare them on the centre overview, and give staff only the branches they work at.
Tutoring on your own?
You probably don't need a centre account. 11+ Tutor Studio gives individual tutors a free directory listing and tools for students, sessions, tests and invoices.
What you get
Everything a tuition centre runs on
Run your branches
Set up your centre once, then let your team work in it.
Branches
Add each site with its address and opening times. A branch switcher keeps every page on one branch, and classes and children belong to a branch.
Staff sign-ins
Managers, tutors and assistants get their own email and password, limited to their branches and classes. Staff never see billing.
Bulk import
Bring in children and parents from a spreadsheet. Children get a profile without needing a login of their own.
Classes and join codes
Group children into classes, add students, or share a join code so parents can ask for a place.
Centre overview
Children per branch, joiners and leavers, attendance, homework handed in, and who's falling behind.
Teach and mark
Your own materials and methods, with the marking and tracking done for you.
Registers
One tap per child for present, absent or late. Term history, attendance percentages and absences flagged for you.
Your own worksheets and books
Upload your PDFs (kept private to your centre), file them by subject and level, and set them for a child or a class.
Marking from a photo
Add an answer key, print the answer sheet, then photograph completed sheets. Each one is read and marked against your key.
Score grid
A class's scores in a spreadsheet-style grid: type or paste them in, and see percentages and totals. Photo-marked scores land here too.
Levels and stages
Your own levels for each subject, such as "Stage 4, Book 2". Move children up and keep the history.
Homework and marking queue
Set your own tests and worksheets as homework. Written answers wait in one marking queue, and each child's page shows readiness by topic.
Keep parents close
Parents see the work you set, and you talk to them in one place.
Parent invitations
Each parent gets an invitation when you choose to send it, and must accept it. Declining removes your centre's access to their children.
What parents see
Attendance, levels, scores on your worksheets, and your lesson and progress notes, on their own Academy11+ account.
Messages per branch
Parent messages sorted by branch, with the staff member's name on each message they send.
Message a class or branch
Send the same message to every parent in a class or a branch. Each parent gets it in their own conversation.
Grow your centre
From the first enquiry to the invoice.
Waiting list and trial lessons
Track families from waiting to trial booked, trial done and joined. Add phone calls and walk-ins by hand.
An enquiry link for each branch
Put the link on your website. Families see the branch's address and opening times and add themselves to your waiting list.
Invoices per branch
Invoice a whole class at once, as a flat fee or per session attended from the register. Parents pay you directly, the way you arrange.
The 11+ course under your name
Available for approved centres: ask us. Put students on the Academy11+ week-by-week 11+ course, shown under your centre's own name.
Tests from our question bank
Available for approved centres: ask us. Build tests from the Academy11+ question bank alongside your own questions.
Read more about branches and staff, registers and attendance and worksheets and photo marking. Setting Academy11+ practice papers and paper packs is part of the tutor plan.
Keep pen and paper
Your workbooks stay. The tracking is new.
- No typing in marks from a pile of sheets
- Scores by child and by class, in a spreadsheet-style grid
- Parents see the scores on their own account
- Anything the reader isn't sure of is flagged for you to check
- Step 1
Upload your worksheet
Add the PDF and type in the answer key: multiple choice or short answers, with marks per question.
- Step 2
Print the answer sheet
Each sheet carries a code naming the worksheet and the child.
- Step 3
Children work on paper
Your workbooks and routines stay as they are.
- Step 4
Photograph the sheets
They're read and marked against your key. Check anything flagged, then save the scores.
Privacy
Parents stay in control
Parents choose to join
Children you import are linked to your centre so you can take registers and set work. Their parent gets an invitation when you send it and must accept it. If they decline, the children come off your classes and branches.
Only the work you set
Your centre sees the work it set and its results: your tests, worksheets and scores, registers, levels and notes. What a child does at home on their family's account stays private to the family.
Your files stay private
Worksheets and books you upload are kept private: only your account and the children you set them for can open them.
Every centre is checked
Our team reviews each centre before the centre tools are switched on. Staff can only sign in while the centre is approved.
How it works
From registering to your first register
Step 1: Register your centre
Your details and your centre's, then verify your email. No payment is taken.
Step 2: We approve it
Our team reviews your centre and switches the centre tools on. We then set up your subscription with you.
Step 3: Add branches and staff
Add each site with its opening times, and invite staff with the role and branches they need.
Step 4: Import your students
Upload children and parents from a spreadsheet, put them in classes, and send parent invitations when you're ready.
Step 5: Take registers and set work
Take the register in class, set worksheets and tests, and mark answer sheets from a photo.

Questions
Questions from centre owners
Who are the centre tools for?
Tuition centres that run classes with staff, from a single site to several branches. If you tutor on your own, 11+ Tutor Studio (for tutors) is probably a better fit: it gives individual tutors a free directory listing and tools.
How much does it cost?
£49 a month, an introductory price (usually £99 a month), or £249 for a full year paid in one go, which is £339 less than 12 monthly payments. No payment is taken when you register. Once we approve your centre, we'll set up your subscription with you.
Do I pay anything when I register?
No. No payment is taken when you register. Once we approve your centre, we'll set up your subscription with you. You can sign in while we review your centre; branches, staff sign-ins and your waiting-list link switch on once it's approved.
Can we keep our paper workbooks?
Yes. Upload your worksheets with an answer key and print the answer sheet. Children work on paper as usual; you photograph the completed sheets and they're marked against your key, with the scores saved to the child and the class score grid.
Do children need their own logins?
No. Children you import get a profile in their family's account without needing a login of their own. You can take registers, set work and record scores for them straight away.
What can staff see and do?
Each staff member has their own email and password and only sees the branches (and, for tutors, the classes) you give them. Managers can do most things, tutors teach, set work and mark, and assistants take registers and mark. Only you, the owner, see billing and manage branches and staff.
Can our centre see everything a child does on Academy11+?
No. Your centre sees the work it set and its results, plus its own registers, levels and notes. Practice a family does at home on their own account stays private to the family. Parents must accept your centre's invitation, and declining removes your access.
Do parents pay us through Academy11+?
No. Invoices are emailed to parents and they pay you directly, using the payment details you add. You mark each invoice paid when the money arrives. There are no online card payments for invoices.
Can we use the Academy11+ 11+ course with our students?
It's available for approved centres: ask us. When it's switched on for your centre, your students see the week-by-week course under your centre's own name. Building tests from the Academy11+ question bank works the same way.
