Fill in the short form below. It takes two minutes, and anyone on the PTA committee (or the school office) can do it.

Get your link and poster
Once we've checked the details, we email your school's own link, an A4 poster with a QR code and a ready-written message for parents.

Share it with parents
Put it in the newsletter, the class WhatsApp groups, on the noticeboard or at the summer fair. Families join free.

Earn for a year per family
Your PTA earns 20% of what each family pays in their first 12 months. Ask for a payout each term.
20% of first-year payments for your school
For each family who joins through your link, your PTA earns 20% of every payment they make in their first 12 months:
- Premium: monthly, annual and the exam season pass
- Paper packs
- Mock exams and season passes
- Creative writing feedback
- The Year 7 course
Refunded payments don't count. After a family's first year, their payments stop counting.

Families stay private
Your PTA gets a private dashboard link showing how many families have joined, how many have paid for something, what they've paid in their first year and your share. It never shows names, email addresses, children or what any one family bought.
Paid termly, by bank transfer
Ask for a payout once a term when your PTA has earned £25or more, and we pay it into the PTA's bank account. Every payout shows on your dashboard.
Questions PTAs ask
Who can apply?
Any primary or junior school PTA, PTFA, Friends of the school group or parents' association in the UK. Someone on the committee, or the school office, applies on its behalf. We check each application before switching it on.
What exactly does our PTA get 20% of?
Everything a family who joins through your link pays Academy11+ in their first 12 months, counted from the day they join: Premium (monthly, annual or the exam season pass), paper packs, mock exams, creative writing feedback and the Year 7 course. Refunded payments don't count.
Does it cost families anything extra?
No. Families pay the normal price, and joining is free. The PTA's share comes out of what Academy11+ receives.
How and when are payouts made?
Termly, by bank transfer to the PTA's account, when you ask for one, once your PTA has earned £25 or more. Anything under £25 carries over to the next term. Your dashboard shows what you've earned, what's been paid and what's waiting.
What can the PTA see about families?
Only counts and amounts: how many families have joined through your link, how many have paid for something, the total they've paid in their first year and your PTA's share. Never names, emails, children or what any one family bought.
What if a family already has an account?
Families who joined in the last 30 days can link their account to your PTA from your page. A family can only support one school's PTA, and the first link they use is the one that counts.
Is this a recommendation of the 11+ for every child?
No, and the materials don't say so. The 11+ isn't right for every child, and your poster and message only tell families what Academy11+ is and that joining through your link supports the PTA.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. Email us and we'll pause your link. We'll still pay what your PTA has already earned.
