£249 for 12 months works out at £20.75 a month. Twelve monthly payments of £49 come to £588, so paying for the year saves £339.

No. No payment is taken when you register. Once we approve your centre, we'll set up your subscription with you.

Yes. You can sign in to your account while we review your centre. Branches, staff sign-ins and your waiting-list link switch on once it's approved.

Every centre tool: branches with addresses and opening times, and a branch switcher; staff sign-ins for managers, tutors and assistants; bulk import of children and parents from a spreadsheet; classes, join codes and one-tap registers; your own worksheets and books, with answer keys; marking from a photo of the answer sheet, and a score grid; your own levels and stages, with move-up history; the centre overview: children, attendance, homework, who's falling behind; a waiting list and trial lessons, with an enquiry link per branch; invoices per branch, and invoicing a whole class at once; messages to parents, to a class or to a whole branch.

They're available for approved centres: ask us. With the course switched on, your students see the Academy11+ week-by-week 11+ course under your centre's own name. With the question bank switched on, you can build tests from Academy11+ questions as well as your own.

Only if you want to set Academy11+ practice papers and paper packs, which are part of the tutor plan. Your own tests, worksheets, registers, levels and every other centre tool don't need it.

No. You send invoices from Academy11+ and parents pay you directly, using the payment details you add. You mark each invoice paid when the money arrives. There are no online card payments for invoices.
