What it practises
The first figure changes into the second. Your child makes the same change to the third figure and picks the result.
How to solve them
List every change between the first two figures (shape, size, shading, turning, flipping), then apply each one to the third figure in turn.
How to use it
Print the questions and keep the answers page to one side. Allow about 12 minutes, then mark it together and talk through anything that went wrong using the explanations. Move up a level once your child gets most of them right.
