What it practises
A flat net of a cube with a symbol on each face. Your child picks the cube that could be made by folding the net.
How to solve them
Faces that are opposite each other on the cube can never be seen together. In a straight row of three faces on the net, the first and third are opposite.
How to use it
Print the questions and keep the answers page to one side. Allow about 12 minutes, then mark it together and talk through anything that went wrong using the explanations. Move up a level once your child gets most of them right.
