FSCE 11+ practice papers
FSCE (Future Stories Community Enterprise), a not-for-profit company set up by Reading School, writes 11+ tests for grammar schools only, including Reading School and a growing number of others, with more areas adopting it for 2028 entry. Its tests have sections on English, Maths and creative writing, based on the Key Stage 2 curriculum, with no non-verbal reasoning. Papers mix multiple-choice and written answers; check your school's admissions page for the exact papers.

How to practise for FSCE papers
1. Use the official material
Your test's familiarisation booklet or sample questions show the real papers, timings and answer sheets. Do them first, then again near the test.
2. Learn the question types
Work through English, Maths and creative writing one question type at a time, untimed at first, before moving on to full papers.
3. Practise in the right format
FSCE papers use a mixed format, so check your test's familiarisation material to see which questions are multiple choice and which need a written answer. In the last few months, do timed papers in that format and go through every mistake together afterwards.
