What it practises
Two groups of three words. Your child chooses one word from each group so the two words are opposite in meaning (antonyms).
How to solve them
Think of the opposite of each word in the first group, then look for it (or a word meaning the same) in the second group.
How to use it
Print the questions and keep the answers page to one side. Allow about 15 minutes, then mark it together and talk through anything that went wrong using the explanations. Move up a level once your child gets most of them right.
